How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days after order has been placed. Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Please allow 3-7 business days to recieve your order. Courier delivery times can vary due to high volumnes and peak times. If you have any issues with recieving or tracking your order, please get in touch and we will resolve any problems asap.

How do I return items for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Simply send back items within 30 days, in original packaging to receive a full refund. Buyer pays return postage with tracking. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the post that have been sent without a tracking number.

How do I apply Free Shipping to my order?

Your shipping will automatically discount once your cart reaches a total of $99 or more.
Free shipping is available to Australian orders only.
