RULES & INFORMATION

 

Please read all of the following before entering a Sage & Harlow crystal LIVE sale.

To purchase in the live, simply claim the item(s) you would like by commenting the price/letter of that item, once it has been shown.

 

The first person to comment the claim number/letter on my screen gets the claim. I can only go by what I see first on my screen. Please note - what I see will not always reflect how it shows up on your screen.

PLEASE do not claim items if you cannot pay for them. It is very time consuming and frustrating as a small business owner to have to chase payments, constantly remind people, and be ignored. It is also unfair on my other customers who may have also wanted those items.

Postage is done by weight. Flat rates - Up to 1kg is $11.90, 1-2kg is $13.90, 2-3kg is $15.90, 3-4kg is $16.90, 4-5kg is $17.90, 5kg and over is $18.90

NEW CUSTOMERS - Please send me your email and postal address straight after the live via DM or email. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours, I will cancel your basket and the items will be put back into stock.

OPEN BASKETS

An open basket is where you pay for your items and postage upfront, I then keep your order open on my shelves to be able to add items in future LIVE shows and combine postage costs. I offer open baskets as long as the items are paid for within the 48 hour time frame.

If you request an open basket, it will stay open until one of three things happens - 1. You asked for it to be closed and posted. 2. You reach the order weight/volume limit. 3. The 6 week open basket time limit is up.

 

If you have any issues please just communicate, I am happy to be accommodating for those who do the right thing.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods accepted are credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. I prefer payments to be made via bank transfer as it saves me fees, however no obligation if you prefer to pay by card or Paypal.

*PLEASE let me know if you wish to pay via PayPal prior to invoicing.

Items must be paid for within 48 hours of invoicing. If invoices are not paid on time, and no communication has been made, they will be cancelled automatically.

Postage Insurance will be automatically charged for orders over $100. It ensures if anything happens to your items in transit, you are fully covered. Postage insurance is done by order value. For example $100-$200 is $1.95, $200-$300 is $2.95, $300-$400 is $3.95 and so on.

In the event of lost or damaged orders, you will receive a full credit balance with Sage & Harlow for the cost of your items.

If you need to discuss payment or have any issues please just communicate. Once again, I am happy to be accommodating for those who do the right thing.

Invoices are sent out Saturdays each week after the LIVE. Orders are packed and posted within 3 business days of payment.

 

LAY-BUYS

Payment plans are available for purchases of $100 or more.

Lay-Buy payments can only be made via bank transfer.

Payment plans are not available by any other payment method.

20% of the order total is due as a non-refundable deposit to secure and hold your items. Then consistent weekly payments must be made every Friday by the latest. Lay-Buys are to be paid within 5 weeks. $750 lay-buy limit per person at one time. You can not add additional items to an existing Lay-Buy once the deposit has been made. Lay-buys must be paid in full before items will be posted.

You are required to pay 20% of any payment plan invoices upfront to secure your lay-buy. You then have 5 weeks from the date of issue to finalise your lay-buy. Claim carefully because any lay-buy payments are final and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel a lay-buy, I will offer a store credit for the amount paid minus the 20% deposit.
